How do you know when too much information is overload?When your brain feels fuzzy and when you can not take in one more piece?? Have you ever felt that way?

It seems as though the world is on rapid high speed..everyone has a cell phone in their ear and a lap topon their lap. Well, maybe not everyone but getting pretty close to a whole bunch.

Remember when there was no dot coms or www.s. Rememberwhen we had pagers and how about this even telephone booths near the stores. When was the last time you saw either one Not that we want to go down memory lane or anything like that, but I like to think behind to see where we are going forward. Seems like in warp speed.

Some of it reminds me of the Jetsons. We seem to be so close to some of the things that they showed in their sitcoms.It seems as though, we now have so many choices that it is a challenge to decide what to do and when to do it. Especially with working at home.

Then there are the stories online about the "real marketing genious"that has turned the profits in just a few short minutes.Now, there are cases that I am very sure that it happens especially now with the creativity and flexibility of the Internet.

It is my belief that the "next big wave is going to be advertising and marketing" online. Here is why I say that, advertisers whether they are big or small are finding their dollars are being lost in space. The TV ads are expensive and now with fast forwarding and recordings the ads are less likely to be viewed and so for the other ad media.

It makes sense that the advertisers are looking at howand where to find their potential customers online and of course on the cell phones too. Have you been watching the growth of the ads online and how about the new video infomercials? Where does that lead you the entrepreneur who is starting their online work at home business?

Or, how about if you are already online? Can you capture some of the advertisers attention and ultimately their spending dollars?

My answer is YES. And, how do you do that? The very best way is to stay ahead of the curve or the wave. To watch the trends of the Internet culture and the new technologies as they surface. Talk about dreaming and working at home in your PJs…Sandy and I were working the midnight shift, and we were trying hard to stay awake. That night was really difficult for some reason.

Then someone came along and asked wherewas Mary in room 301. Well that woke us both up. Frantically we go searching in every room and all the stairways. Boy was that enough to wake up everyone. Well, guess where we found her, feet dangling out of the laundry hamper..with her head on the clothes and sound asleep.We both laughed.

But the reality was, when I was working in the everyday world, I spent a lot of time thinking that there must be a better way then help someone else make money and use my valuable time. After forty yearsof being a nurse and helping people, I decided that I could help people by working in my home. I remember when the Internet first came about and how fascinated I was with the concept of being able to reach the whole world with just the click of the mouse.

Do you remember when you could go somewhere and not hear anyone talking about emails and websites? It seems such a short time ago, but for myself, it became my way to work in my PJs.

How about you? Is that what your are wanting to do?If your work is changing and you are feeling like you want towork at home in your PJs, it is likely that you are trying to figure out how to make that transition.

It will give you a very good sense of direction as to moving forward in your own business or staying in your JOB. We call that JOB (Just Over Broke).
